MEGEVE

Nestled in the mountain, these three chalets have been thought out to give the aspect of a typical  little mountain village with its square, its chalets and its little mountain-pasture low-ceilinged mazot chalets.

The chalet with a living surface area of 134m² with terrace, can accommodate 7 persons.

It provides:
• 4 bedrooms:
- a double bedroom with bathroom including a whirlpool bathtub
- two bedrooms with bathroom including a multijet shower
- a bedroom with single bed

• A fitted kitchen including:
- a refrigerator / freezer
- a dishwasher
- a (built-in) oven with heating vitroceramic hotplates (4 units)
- a microwave oven
• a lounge with a fireplace
• a dining room

The terrace of 26m² which dominates MEGEVE is fitted with a Jacuzzi !

For your comfort, you will find at your disposal in particular:
• a safe in each bedroom
• a TV in each bedroom
• a large screen with home cinema in the lounge with Video player and HIFI laser system
• a telephone in each bedroom
• a telephone in the lounge of the chalet


Warning: The access to the chalet is through a fairly long indoor staircase (many steps).


Shared facilities and common areas
The tenants of the Hamlet have access to 500 m2 of the shared heated areas:
• a garage with 12 parking spaces
• a ski storage room for each chalet with shoe-drier
• an equipped weights room

- a bike
- wall bars
- a multipurpose body building bench
• a car wash


* Week rate from Saturday 5 PM to Saturday 11.00 AM, for a capacity of 7 persons (adults and children alike). The proposed rate will be the same if the number of persons is less than 7 persons (except special conditions during periods outside school, or for long-term periods).

The rental fee for the Chalet includes the following services:
- the supply of household and bathroom linen,
- daily cleaning service,
- new customer’s products in the bathrooms,
- the change of bed linen once a week, and the daily change of towels,
- the provision of childcare equipment (cot, high-chair, pushchair,…)
- high-speed internet WIFI connection in all the chalet,
- caretaker’s service,
- service charges for the stay (water, electricity, heating, firewood).

Additional Pay Services:
- provision of a Chef or of a person for the service,
- supply of alcoholic beverages and non-alcoholic beverages,
- childminding,
- body care (massage, beauty care, physiotherapist, coach,…)
- additional staff,
- activities organized (ski coach, snowshoe outings, evening in mountain refuge, sled dog, …)
- transports,
- supplementary services.

Not included in the rate:
The deposit in the event of damage caused during the stay of an amount of 4,000 euros inclusive, to be paid on arrival on the premises, and is returned on leaving if no damage is assessed.

LOCATION:
Located on the heights of Megève at the foot of Mont d'Arbois, overlooking the valley with a view of Megève and Mont Jaillet, the hamlet has 3 luxury chalets built in old wood, exposed southwest.
The heart of Megeve is 5 minutes walking, supermarket 3 km.
The ski slopes are at a stone’s throw (car with heating access ramp and ski bus)

Sports and leisure at the edge of Mont Blanc:
Megève associated  with the resorts of Combloux, the Giettaz, Saint Gervais, Saint Nicolas de Véroce and Les Contamines opens up the gates of the ski area Evasion-Mont Blanc for you, an area of 162 ski slopes all lovelier than ever, between 1,113 metres and 2,350 metres high..
Another fresh look at the everlasting snows presents itself to you thanks to the altiport of Megève which will bring you the unforgettable sensations of a discovery of Mont Blanc seen from the sky.

In summer the 18-hole golf of Mont d’Arbois, situated on a plateau the average height of which is of 1,350m, combines technical attractiveness and magnificent landscapes. 80 Km of mountain-bike circuits allow to combine sensations and discoveries. It is also thanks to its 150 km of hiking trails that the mountain will unveil its history and its wildlife.
Megève, will no doubt be able to make you discover paths during which brooks & torrents will unveil their magic. Lakes & cascades will hold grown-ups and little ones spellbound.

1 hour to arrive from Geneva Airport to the Chalet.

600 km from Paris (Paris - Sallanches: Highways A6 + A40).
Access to Megève. Arrival at the Sallanches train railway station, situated at

The nearest international airport is that of Geneva (75 km, 60 out of them through highway, then 12 km through a trunk road.
